Where is your coffee sourced from?
At Mama Needs Coffee, we believe great coffee starts with great beans. That’s why we partner with the best roasters to source high-quality, ethically farmed coffee from around the world. Every roast we offer is considered specialty coffee, meaning it has been graded 80+ on the 100-point Q-scale—a mark of exceptional flavor and quality.
Is your flavored coffee sugar free and keto friendly? What about vegan, allergens, and carbs?
Yes! Mama Needs Coffee flavored blends are completely sugar-free and keto-friendly.
All of our coffee is sugar-free, gluten-free, allergen-free, and vegan. We never use artificial sweeteners or chemicals in the production process.
Our coffee also contains no significant calories, fat, carbohydrates, protein, trans fats, fiber, or sodium—just smooth, delicious flavor to fuel your day.
How do you flavor your coffees?
Mama Needs Coffee flavored blends are infused with aromatic oils to create rich, delicious flavors without any added sugars, artificial sweeteners, or chemicals. Unlike other flavored coffees that rely on syrups or additives, our process ensures that every sip is smooth, clean, and full of natural flavor.
The flavors—like chocolate, caramel, and hazelnut—are experienced through your sense of smell rather than your taste buds, making for a more balanced and enjoyable cup.
For a traditional coffee maker, how many scoops to cups do you recommend?
We suggest 2 tbsp per 5-6oz of water, then adjusting to your taste based on preference.
Ordering & Shipping
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Shipping times can vary depending on your location, carrier speed, and order details.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes! If you need to make a change to your order and it hasn’t started processing yet, we’re happy to help. You can update your coffee selection by reaching out to us at hello@mamaneeds.com. Our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Accessories and apparel may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship in the United States.
