We know that when you need coffee, you need coffee—so we do our best to get your order out the door as quickly as possible!

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!

At this time, we only ship within the U.S.

Returns & Exchanges

Because coffee is a perishable product, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. That said, your happiness (and caffeine levels) are important to us!

  • If you received the wrong item or there was an issue with your order, please reach out to hello@mamaneeds.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
  • If your package was damaged in transit, snap a photo and send it our way—we’ll help get it sorted.
